About the role

The Accounting Assistant will support the finance and accounting functions of A&H Auditors Business Consultants. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the company’s office in San Salvador and involves daily interaction with the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and record accounting entries in the general ledger.
• Control and reconcile bank and other accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain organized accounting and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Experience with the full accounting cycle.
• Proven ability to prepare journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
