B2B Remote Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are a family‑owned technology and digital solutions group seeking a proactive B2B Remote Sales & Lead Generation Specialist. The role is commission‑based with uncapped earnings and focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals for web development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research high‑quality target accounts in the US and local markets.
• Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book discovery calls with decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, handle objections, and close both project‑based and recurring contracts.
• Own the full sales funnel from initial contact to signed agreement, ensuring consistent follow‑up.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and native‑level Spanish.
• Proven track record in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and B2B deal closing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital agencies.
• Strategic mindset for market segmentation and tailored outreach.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet workspace, and a personal computer.
