BA Project Leader (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a BA Project Leader to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams. In this remote position you will translate functional needs into clear visual specifications and guide projects from requirements gathering to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements with key users and stakeholders.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that illustrate user flows and business rules.
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria based on design concepts.
• Validate screen designs with end users and business teams before development.
• Serve as liaison between business, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure screens meet functional requirements.
• Document functional specifications to complement screen designs.
• Define workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Participate in design review sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience designing screens, wireframes, or prototypes, not only documenting requirements.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into visual specifications.
