Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish to support our landscaping services clients. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while delivering timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear and assertive information to customers and resolve their inquiries promptly.
• Answer questions about products, services, company policies, and other relevant topics.
• Analyze customer issues and offer effective solutions, including technical troubleshooting, returns, and complaints.
• Document each interaction with detailed notes on the problem, solution, and any follow‑up actions.
• Achieve individual and departmental performance targets.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Minimum two years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable with remote‑work environments and virtual communication tools.
