Bilingual Financial Services Trainer (BPO Operations)

About the role

InteLogix is seeking an experienced bilingual trainer to design and deliver training programs for a financial services account within its BPO operations. The role focuses on preparing new hires and existing staff to excel in customer service, compliance, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions for new and existing employees supporting a financial services account.
• Translate complex financial services concepts into clear, practical training content.
• Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, simulations, and role‑plays to gauge trainee readiness.
• Monitor trainee performance, identify knowledge gaps, and provide targeted coaching.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, WFM, and leadership to keep training aligned with business needs.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and graduation results.
• Support nesting and transition‑to‑production activities to ensure smooth on‑the‑job performance.

Required profile

• B2 English proficiency or higher, both oral and written.
• Minimum 3 years experience in contact‑center/BPO operations.
• At least 2 years experience as a Trainer, Training Specialist, or L&D professional.
• Prior exposure to financial services, banking, fintech, payments, lending, or credit environments is preferred.
