Bilingual Support Executive – Mortgage

About the role

The Bilingual Support Executive – Mortgage will provide comprehensive administrative assistance within a mortgage-focused environment. Based on‑site in San Salvador, the role combines phone handling, document management and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound and outbound phone calls in English and Spanish.
• Maintain and organize mortgage‑related documentation and records.
• Schedule meetings, appointments and coordinate calendars for senior staff.
• Support executive tasks such as preparing reports, correspondence and data entry.
• Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, scanning and data management.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and executive assistance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard clerical tasks and office software.
• Ability to work efficiently on‑site in San Salvador.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Previous experience in the mortgage or real‑estate sector is a plus.
