Central American Collections Analyst

About the role

The Credit & Collections Analyst supports the credit‑to‑cash cycle for TD SYNNEX, ensuring customers can purchase products while managing risk. The position focuses on analyzing customer creditworthiness, overseeing accounts receivable, and coordinating order releases based on credit limits. Candidates from El Salvador are especially encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements and trade payment patterns to assess credit risk.
• Manage accounts receivable for a defined customer base, including collections, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines, and release customer orders according to credit status.
• Review security agreements, personal guarantees, and UCC filings.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues that disrupt the credit‑to‑cash cycle by collaborating with sales, operations, and customers.

Required profile

• High school diploma with a focus on accounting or finance; related coursework preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in collections, credit analysis, or related financial functions.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong data‑entry accuracy and basic mathematical skills.
