Cloud Architect – Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients and engineering teams toward best‑practice cloud solutions while promoting DevOps excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce cloud architecture, security, governance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Write and maintain Terraform code to provision GCP resources as infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Design and document network topologies, service diagrams, and environment configurations for Development, QA, and Production.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to shape cloud implementation strategies and drive operational excellence.
• Own assigned cloud environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Provide guidance on DevOps practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing with a strong focus on GCP.
• Proven track record as a technical advisor or architect for cloud solutions.
• Hands‑on experience deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of perimeter security and cloud networking concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
