About the role
The restaurant located in the city centre is hiring a Cook and a Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations. Candidates will work in a fast‑paced environment serving lunch and dinner.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and maintain quality standards (Cook).
- Manage a kitchen station, ensure timely service, and uphold food safety protocols (Cook).
- Assist with ingredient preparation, cleaning workstations, and handling inventory (Kitchen Assistant).
- Support the Cook during peak hours and maintain a tidy kitchen environment (Kitchen Assistant).
Required profile
- Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
- Responsible, motivated and eager to work.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, Monday to Sunday.
Required skills
- Basic culinary techniques and ability to follow recipes.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
What we offer
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Sunday, 1 pm – 9 pm.
