About the role
We are looking for a motivated cook to join our kitchen team at the cafeteria located within the Ingenio Central in Izalco. The role involves preparing meals according to set menus, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes following established menus, recipes, and portion sizes.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Manage and monitor the use of ingredients and supplies.
- Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning, and sanitation.
- Control proper storage, rotation, and inventory of food items.
- Keep the personal work area tidy and orderly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias or similar establishments.
- Responsible, organized and service‑oriented attitude.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
