Content Manager – Hybrid (Advertising Agency)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Content Manager to join our advertising agency in a hybrid work setting. You will shape the social media presence of multiple brands by creating and executing content strategies that engage audiences and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and editorial calendars for social media platforms.
• Propose topics, formats, and creative ideas tailored to each brand.
• Write captions and copy for various digital channels.
• Research trends and reference material to keep content relevant.
• Hand off concepts to designers and account teams for production and publishing.
• Manage and monitor content calendars, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review all content before publication to guarantee quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage content calendars.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of what works on social media.
• Knowledge of current digital trends and formats.
• Ability to coordinate multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Own vehicle required for occasional on‑site visits or brand activities.
