About the role

The Operations Controller is responsible for monitoring daily operational performance, ensuring that key indicators, goals and standards are met, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily operations.
• Track compliance with operational indicators and targets.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports.
• Control productivity, timing and staff performance.
• Identify incidents, deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to processes, procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with supervisors and operational teams.
• Verify and manage resources and tools required for operations.
• Support implementation and follow‑up of operational improvements.
• Utilise Excel and other control/analysis tools.

Required profile

• Experience in operations control, monitoring or indicator analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to spot deviations.
• Organised with good task‑follow‑up skills.
• Result‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and coordination with multiple teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
