Customer Retention Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join Concentrix in El Salvador. In this role you will engage with customers who intend to cancel their service, understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions to keep them with us.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have expressed intent to cancel or suspend their service.
• Listen actively to their reasons and propose suitable retention offers.
• Document each interaction accurately in the internal system.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Problem‑solving attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
