Customer Service Representative – Remote (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, phone‑savvy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be at the heart of a fast‑paced auction environment, handling high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while delivering clear information and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume inbound and outbound auction‑related calls using approved scripts.
• Explain auction details, deadlines, and next steps clearly to callers.
• Document call outcomes and tenant responses accurately in the system.
• Complete multiple call attempts and follow‑up as required.
• Handle sensitive or escalated conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay compliant with timelines, legal requirements, and internal policies.
• Flag trends, issues, or concerns to team leads.
• Participate in additional outbound call projects as business needs shift.

Required profile

• Previous call‑center, customer‑service or outbound‑calling experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high‑stress or sensitive conversations.
• Comfortable working independently and managing time.
• Sharp attention to detail, especially with documentation.
