Customer Support Representative – Remote (USD paid)

About the role

Teem is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its remote team supporting U.S.-based healthcare practices. The role is fully remote and open to candidates residing in El Salvador, offering the chance to work directly with patients and medical staff in English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, voicemails, and social media messages with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using digital tools while monitoring daily appointment flow.
• Make outbound calls to engage potential new patients and follow up on marketing leads.
• Maintain accurate digital records of patient interactions, assist with invoicing, insurance documentation, and CRM updates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or front‑desk roles.
• C1‑level English proficiency (fluent spoken and written communication).
• Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to manage high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and other digital tools.
