About the role

This position focuses on training, advising and guiding bank customers in the proper use of electronic channels, kiosks and ATMs. The goal is to enhance digital adoption, reduce waiting times and improve overall service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Train customers on electronic banking channels, including the Qflow kiosk system.
• Provide personalized assistance and technical support for kiosks, ATMs and call‑center services.
• Report any electronic channel failures to the ATM/Kiosk department, Qflow team and Call Center promptly.
• Engage waiting customers, offering digital alternatives or financial correspondent services.
• Promote debit cards, e‑banking services, insurance products and digital adoption to meet monthly management targets.
• Refer pre‑approved credit, loan and salary‑advance products to the business area.
• Manage Qflow equipment (paper loading, power cycling) and monitor wait times across agency areas.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Interest in technological and digital trends.
• Fundamental understanding of finance.
