About the role

We are seeking a Director Financiero to shape and execute the organization’s financial strategy. The role ensures robust planning, control, and resource management while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership for informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall financial strategy of the organization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management, and financial reporting.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators and control mechanisms.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, MBA or related specialization (preferred).
• Proven experience leading finance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Leadership ability and strategic vision.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools.
