About the role

The laboratory is looking for a qualified nurse to provide home‑based care and laboratory sample collection for patients. The role involves direct interaction with users, ensuring respectful and timely service while adhering to clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful, and timely care to patients at their homes.
• Verify patient identity before collecting any samples.
• Collect and correctly label laboratory samples on‑site.
• Confirm patient information and requested analyses.
• Measure blood pressure accurately.
• Ensure proper labeling of all collected specimens.

Required profile

• Graduated professional (Technical or Bachelor’s degree) in Nursing.
• Current professional license and registration.
• Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in a hospital setting.
• Residence in the San Salvador area.
• Availability for rotating evening shifts.
• Valid light‑vehicle driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
