Full Stack Laravel & React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel & React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on innovative, high‑quality applications, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using Laravel (v8+) and React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, leveraging Inertia.js where appropriate.
• Implement front‑end features with React (or Vue.js/Laravel Livewire) and optionally Tailwind CSS.
• Write automated tests using Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver on commitments.
• Take ownership of tasks, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, and Playwright.
• Experience with Inertia.js and building RESTful APIs.
• Front‑end development experience (React required; Vue.js or Livewire a plus).
• Positive, can‑do attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
