About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the corporate accounting function, ensuring accurate financial consolidation, tax compliance, and reporting for a multi‑company group. This senior position reports directly to the finance department and works closely with business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidations under IFRS/NIIF standards.
• Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and corporate fiscal planning.
• Lead and develop a large accounting team (15+ members), fostering high performance.
• Coordinate financial reporting to senior finance leadership and external stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and consolidation tools for efficient data processing.
• Leverage reporting and artificial‑intelligence tools to enhance analytical insights.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; active CPA/registered accountant required.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Taxation or related discipline is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of experience in similar senior accounting roles, preferably within multinational or multi‑company environments.
• Proven experience in IFRS/NIIF consolidation and reporting to finance functions.
• Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
