Gerente de Marketing – Generación de Demanda

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing Manager specialized in Demand Generation to lead a high‑performing team. You will shape and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a demand‑generation team, managing performance and workload planning.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns (digital, ABM, events, content) aligned with sales, product and SDR teams.
• Monitor funnel metrics (MQLs, SQOs, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize channel mix, audience segmentation and offers based on performance testing.
• Standardize workflows, best practices and technology usage (CRM, automation, analytics) to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced English (90% written and spoken) – mandatory.
• 5+ years progressive B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation.
• 3+ years of team‑leadership experience, including coaching and talent development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and deliver results.
