About the role

We are a leading technology group operating across Central America and the Caribbean, seeking a Regional Financial Manager to lead financial strategy, treasury, and tax compliance at a regional level. The role reports directly to the CEO and the Board of Shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, scenario forecasting, and consolidated reporting for the Board and senior management.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions across the region, negotiating credit lines, working‑capital facilities, guarantees and corporate cards.
• Oversee regional liquidity strategy, cash‑flow management, bank‑account optimization and foreign‑exchange risk mitigation.
• Ensure monthly close within the first seven business days, supervise external audits and enforce compliance with OECD Transfer‑Pricing guidelines.
• Supervise ERP administration and integration of financial data using Oracle NetSuite, Exactus and Salesforce.
• Guarantee tax, municipal and legal compliance in every country where the group operates.
• Lead, develop and evaluate local and remote finance teams across the region.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Finance or a related specialization.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, regional tax regulations, capital markets and Transfer‑Pricing rules.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in regional financial leadership roles (CFO, Finance Director/Manager), preferably in the technology sector.
• Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary local and remote teams.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating regional credit facilities in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Experience presenting consolidated reports to Boards of Shareholders.
