HRBP Manager - Head Office

About the role

Dollarcity, a retailer expanding across Latin America with more than 800 stores, is looking for an HRBP Manager for its Head Office. The HR area acts as a strategic partner to the business, building a world-class organization that supports its growth plan. As HRBP Manager you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and regional teams, turning business priorities into people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the business to drive people strategies, working with senior leaders to understand priorities and anticipate workforce needs.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership by leading organizational design, identifying critical roles and coaching leaders.
• Drive talent development and performance by working with leaders and HR Centers of Expertise on talent identification, succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Promote the company's culture and values across functional areas and support employee relations and compliance.
• Support organizational change and transformation, including change management and collaboration between Head Office and regional teams.
• Use people analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks and support leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, HR management or strategic HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-growing organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions on talent, leadership and organizational effectiveness.
• Solid knowledge of organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and performance management.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and HR practices.
• Ability to use people analytics and workforce insights for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
