Insurance Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Insurance Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the hiring of licensed insurance agents across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Property & Casualty or Life Insurance roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit licensed insurance agents nationwide.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, verify licenses, state eligibility and sales experience.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels to engage passive talent.
• Manage high‑volume recruiting processes from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with U.S. hiring managers and TA leadership to align on hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate activity in the ATS and track key recruiting metrics.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill licensed positions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S. hiring.
• Demonstrated success recruiting licensed insurance agents.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty, Auto, Home or Life Insurance roles.
• Understanding of state‑based insurance licensing is a strong plus.
• Experience with high‑volume or sales recruiting.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
