Remote Sales Recruiter (Contract)

About the role

Nova NRG, a growing solar sales company, is seeking a remote Sales Recruiter on a contract basis. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment for multiple sales and operations roles, initially part‑time with the possibility to transition to full‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups and other platforms.
• Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and evaluate fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Post and maintain job listings, and keep the candidate pipeline organized using GoHighLevel and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and coordinate offers.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets of 8‑10 hires while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing or headhunting, preferably full‑cycle.
• Strong communication, interviewing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM recruitment tools.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook or comparable sourcing platforms.

What we offer

• Starting pay $600 / month for part‑time (≈20 hrs/week) and $1,200 / month for full‑time.
• Remote work with flexible hours (typical 12 PM–4 PM EST).
• Weekly payments through Wise.
• Potential transition to a full‑time role based on performance.
