Talent Sourcing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Intern to support our fast‑growing recruiting boutique that connects senior talent in Latin America with US companies. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will help keep our candidate pipeline active and boost our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for active openings using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases and social media, applying Boolean search techniques and keyword filters.
• Review profiles, shortlist candidates that meet the specific requirements of each role, and maintain accurate records.
• Initiate contact with prospects, track conversations, and update candidate status throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep the candidate database clean, organized and up‑to‑date.
• Assist in building and reactivating talent pools for future needs.
• Support the team in managing and growing the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook channels.
• Create and publish content about open positions, recruiting insights and career advice, adapting a single concept across multiple platforms.

Required profile

• Currently studying or graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Recruiting or a related field.
• Previous exposure to recruiting, sourcing, HR or staffing (internship or junior level).
• Comfortable searching for talent on LinkedIn and identifying relevant profiles.
• Curious about people, career paths and hiring practices.
• Active user of social media with an understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook work.
• Proactive, organized and able to juggle several searches simultaneously.
• Willing to work with AI tools and eager to learn new technologies.
