Italian-Speaking Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our short‑term rental portfolio. The role involves guest communication, coordination of property services, and support for listing management across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in Italian and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, email and messaging apps.
• Handle inquiries, booking requests, check‑in/check‑out questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, availability and guest information.
• Assist with listing updates, pricing adjustments and property data.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established STR operational procedures.
• Track reviews and guest feedback, escalating problems when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, property management, hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and handle flexible hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑management tools such as Guesty, Hostaway or Hostfully.
