About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the innovation agenda for a leading consumer‑focused company. The role will shape growth initiatives, turn market insights into actionable strategies, and partner closely with commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, trend monitoring, and category performance evaluation.
• Lead the innovation strategy and portfolio evolution, maintaining a robust pipeline of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term initiatives.
• Generate strategic insights that enable fast, data‑driven decision making.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with commercial and business units, acting as a strategic partner for growth.
• Anticipate emerging trends and embed advanced analytics and artificial intelligence into innovation processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Innovation, Consumer Insights, Growth or Category Strategy functions.
• Strong ability to analyze category performance and uncover business opportunities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Strong influence, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Strategic, creative thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
