Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

The Lead Generation Specialist is the front line of an outbound sales motion, responsible for turning prospect outreach into qualified, sales‑ready opportunities. Success is measured by lead quality and conversion rather than call volume, ensuring a steady pipeline for the Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calls and multi‑channel outreach against assigned campaigns and lead lists (MQLs).
• Apply a defined qualification framework to pass only Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the sales team.
• Book, confirm, and prepare appointments, ensuring prospects are ready for the Account Executive meeting.
• Log every interaction, disposition, and qualification detail in Salesforce in real time, maintaining clean and complete data.
• Promptly raise any lead‑routing, data, or system issues for resolution.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapid rapport building on cold/warm calls.
• Consultative questioning ability to uncover prospect needs.
• Skilled at objection handling and guiding conversations toward a qualified outcome.
• High attention to detail and resilience in a metrics‑driven, high‑volume environment.
• Prior experience in outbound sales development, telesales, or B2B appointment setting (quota‑carrying role).
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Demonstrated record of meeting conversion or quality‑based targets.

• Salesforce (SFDC) – real‑time data entry and pipeline management.
