Learning Experience Designer

About the role

The Learning Experience Designer will lead the creation of engaging, digital learning solutions for clients across Guatemala and El Salvador. Working in a hybrid environment, you will partner with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and evaluate innovative e‑learning modules that support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to define learning objectives, success indicators, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver enablement content in multiple formats and modalities.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer sessions, ensuring facilitators are prepared to deliver high‑quality instruction.
• Build and deploy digital learning interactions that guide client onboarding and promote software adoption.
• Manage just‑in‑time enablement content within digital adoption platforms and learning management systems.
• Use quantitative and qualitative methods to assess program effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Provide project estimations, track timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into learning solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience leading Train‑the‑Trainer or similar facilitation sessions.
• Self‑driven and capable of navigating team dynamics while working independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships across internal departments.
