Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

UJV is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to partner directly with the Head of Marketing. You will translate strategic initiatives into executable plans, build scalable processes, and ensure every campaign is measurable and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to turn strategy into clear execution plans, develop briefs, launch documentation, and marketing roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, from concept through launch readiness, coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, monitor KPIs, and create executive reports that communicate performance and insights.
• Define and enforce campaign tracking standards, manage UTM governance, and measure marketing influence across all initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decisions and continuously identify operational improvement opportunities.
