About the role

Join CLS as an Operations Team Leader, guiding our interpreter team to meet client expectations and achieve key performance targets.

Key responsibilities

Maintain constant and effective communication with the Interpreters Team.
Collaborate with different departments to coordinate efforts.
Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 apps to support decision‑making.

Required profile

Knowledge of the interpretation industry.
Proficiency in Excel (medium‑advanced) and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong English skills (above 85%).
Minimum 3 years of leadership or staff‑management experience.
Must be a resident of El Salvador.
