About the role
Join CLS as an Operations Team Leader, guiding our interpreter team to meet client expectations and achieve key performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the Interpreters Team.
- Collaborate with different departments to coordinate efforts.
- Generate reports and analysis in Excel and Office 365 apps to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Knowledge of the interpretation industry.
- Proficiency in Excel (medium‑advanced) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong English skills (above 85%).
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or staff‑management experience.
- Must be a resident of El Salvador.
