About the role

The Purchasing Intern will support Subway’s store supply chain by assisting with the procurement of goods and services needed for daily operations. This position offers a hands‑on learning experience for a business administration student interested in supply chain and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the purchase of supplies for Subway locations.
• Analyze product prices and compare supplier offers.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain commercial relationships.
• Enter and process purchase orders in the system.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in purchasing or price analysis is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and interact with various organizational levels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
