About the role

We are seeking a reliable Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our team in handling rent payments and tenant communications across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and be comfortable using Sleektech.

Key responsibilities

Enter and file rent payments
Chase overdue rent
Handle incoming and outgoing tenant calls
Check Universal Credit (UC) details
Arrange tenant appointments

Required profile

Strong communication and phone skills
Organized and detail‑oriented
Comfortable communicating with tenants regarding rent and appointments
Previous property management or administrative experience is a plus
