Remote Intake Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients of our legal services firm. In this role you will combine strong communication skills with sales discipline to guide callers through our offerings and schedule consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, introduce prospects to our legal services and explain their value.
• Make outbound calls to referred prospects and follow up before deadlines.
• Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM after each interaction.
• Schedule meetings between clients and legal staff and provide service explanations.
• Contact past clients to discuss updates to their plans.

Required profile

• Proven sales or persuasive communication experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, comfortable speaking professionally in both languages.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined remote worker who can operate independently and within a team.
• Quiet, professional home office with reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe applications.
• General CRM and data‑entry competence.
• Familiarity with Infusionsoft/Keap, Monday.com or Clio (training provided).
