Remote IT Staffing Consultant

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote IT Staffing Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates to meet client openings and deadlines.
• Review and filter candidate pipelines according to defined parameters.
• Maintain and update job openings to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate communication with clients, client services, and sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Business and process orientation with ability to work in a team.
• Advanced English with articulate, eloquent communication skills.
