Remote Services Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized Remote Services Coordinator to manage client requests, reservations, and related documentation. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating with both clients and external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client service requests and research options based on individual needs.
• Organize reservation and scheduling information, and communicate confirmations and updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and track outstanding requests, following up as needed.
• Collaborate with outside service providers and assist with changes or special requests.
• Review documentation for accuracy and uphold professional client communication.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
• Comfortable using email and web‑based platforms.
• Willingness to learn new systems and a dependable, professional attitude.
