Sales Development Representative (Remote, LATAM Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our technology‑focused team. The SDR will generate new business opportunities across the LATAM region by researching accounts, prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn, and supporting client management teams with market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and multi‑channel outreach.
• Maintain and update prospect information in Salesforce.com and/or Hubspot.
• Produce weekly reports on pipeline status, industry trends, and conversation highlights.
• Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and ensure high‑quality lead delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (sales, business, marketing or communications preferred).
• Authorized to work in the LATAM region.
• Previous SDR or BDR experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a goal‑driven, start‑up environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Experience using Hubspot CRM.
