Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our sales team through the ramp‑up phase of a critical new account. The ideal candidate brings solid BPO sales experience and a proven record of exceeding targets, while fostering a high‑energy, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to improve individual and team results.
• Set clear sales expectations, KPIs, and performance goals; develop strategies to boost conversion rates and productivity.
• Analyze sales data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Build a high‑performance sales culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth launch of the new account.
• Help establish sales processes, expectations, and best practices during the ramp‑up phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in a BPO environment.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Deep understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to motivate teams in a target‑driven, fast‑paced setting.
• Experience successfully ramping up new sales accounts is a significant advantage.
