Senior LLM Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to design, build, and operate production‑grade AI applications that leverage large language models. The role is fully remote and focuses on integrating generative AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI systems that use large language models and model orchestration.
• Build and optimize retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi‑step agentic workflows.
• Design robust API layers and MLOps pipelines for model serving.
• Implement evaluation loops, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software or AI engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python and production‑level AI integration.
• Strong hands‑on experience with RAG, AI agents, and model orchestration.
• Solid understanding of API development, MLOps, cloud deployment, and observability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
