Senior Recruiter - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. The role suits proactive, organized professionals who can handle several tasks at once and pay close attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings
• Gather accurate information about the profiles and assignments needed for each opening
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings
• Present candidates to clients and leads
• Work with Operations and Client Services to find opportunities in different accounts
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in staffing or project management
• Advanced English level
• Desirable: at least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Analytical ability and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
