Technical Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to act as the technical authority in client engagements. You will translate prospect needs into concrete solution proposals, work closely with sales, delivery, and presales teams, and help shape how technology solutions are sold and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to meet leads and prospects, converting requirements into clear documentation and value propositions.
• Travel to client sites or events when needed to showcase BairesDev’s capabilities.
• Lead technical conversations to define optimal solutions, team structures, and project estimates.
• Partner with presales on proposals, cost estimates, and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices across software delivery, AI, data & analytics, cloud, and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized expertise in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
