Technical Product Manager

About the role

AMP’s Digital Solutions Group is looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise and customer‑facing digital products that span aviation technology, integrations, AI‑enabled solutions, operational platforms, and intelligent automation. The role blends strategic product leadership with hands‑on technical management, acting as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, engineering, AI/ML, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering a high‑performing product organization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of digital products.
• Translate customer, operational, and business needs into scalable product solutions and value‑driven initiatives.
• Oversee product discovery, roadmap planning, backlog governance, and requirements definition for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Govern product delivery, release readiness, quality assurance, risk management, and production launches.
• Drive product adoption, customer engagement, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement through data and feedback.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI‑enabled capabilities that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Communicate portfolio strategy, priorities, risks, and results to executive stakeholders and manage key customer, vendor, and technology partner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in technical product management, preferably within aviation, supply‑chain, or enterprise software domains.
• Proven ability to lead product teams and drive business transformation.
