Technical Project Manager

About the role

Devsu is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software development programs for its clients. The role involves end‑to‑end delivery across multiple technical teams, ensuring that business objectives, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations are aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams to guarantee successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, communicating progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly.
• Identify and mitigate cross‑team dependencies, delivery blockers, and escalations.
• Monitor program health using delivery, technical, financial, and quality metrics.
• Control scope, timelines, resources, and budget to stay aligned with contractual and business goals.
• Facilitate decision‑making across technical and business stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and delivery standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership to assess technical risks and their impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team performance, quality, and predictability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Project, Program, or Technical Program Management, preferably in software development or technology services.
• Background in software engineering, development, QA automation, DevOps, or other hands‑on technical roles.
• Proven track record managing complex software programs involving multiple teams and workstreams.
• Experience in IT services, technology consulting, staff augmentation, nearshore delivery, or similar client‑facing environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern delivery practices.
