Transaction Review Associate

About the role

Ria Money Transfer, a segment of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Transaction Review Associate to support its global money‑transfer services. The role involves evaluating transactions for compliance, detecting potential fraud, and providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound calls.
• Validate the purpose and legitimacy of unusual or high‑risk transactions based on customer and receiver activity.
• Process transactions that meet Ria policies, state and federal regulations.
• Escalate reports of possible consumer fraud and suspicious activity.
• Perform back‑office duties and other tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• High school diploma (college degree is a plus).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
