Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Viva is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time, 100% remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua while contributing to the company’s mission of creating career opportunities for women across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and produce data‑driven reports.
• Document processes, coordinate projects, and facilitate internal communication.
• Analyze data to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently, stay proactive, and handle ambiguity.
• Experience with at least one role held for 2 + years.
