Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote

About the role

Viva is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing startup environment. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua while contributing to the company’s mission of creating career opportunities for women across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with semi‑annual raises.
