Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Join Viva as a Virtual Assistant to the CEO, supporting senior leadership from anywhere in Latin America. This full‑time remote position offers a high‑impact environment where you’ll apply your administrative and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any field (executive assistant background not required).
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and a rigorous, proactive attitude.
• C1 level English, both written and spoken.
• At least one role held for 2 + years.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
