Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support a CEO of a fast‑growing startup. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will work directly with the executive, helping to keep daily operations smooth and strategic initiatives on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
• Design and improve workflows, create and analyse reports, maintain SOPs, documentation and project tracking.
• Facilitate internal coordination across teams, ensuring information flows efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
